3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep your account credentials secure and not share your account with others.

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or tamper with our software.
• Not attempt to bypass licensing, authentication, security, or other technical restrictions.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Follow the rules and requirements of any third-party platform or game you use our software with.

You are responsible for your own account and activity while using Phase.

4. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use Phase services to:

• Engage in unlawful activity or encourage others to do so.
• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Infringe upon our intellectual property or the intellectual property of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or infrastructure.
• Abuse, exploit, or intentionally disrupt our services.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, defame, or otherwise harm other users or members of our team.
• Circumvent bans, restrictions, licensing systems, or other measures we use to protect our services.
• Use Phase services through virtual machines, cloud machines, or other virtualized environments to circumvent restrictions, evade detection, or bypass measures used to protect our services.

We reserve the right to take action against accounts involved in prohibited activity.

5. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity performed through it.

You must not share your account credentials with another person.

If you believe that your account has been compromised, you should contact our support team as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, our other policies, or that are involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

6. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers supported by Phase.

Where applicable:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance according to the selected billing period.
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing period.
• Cancellation does not normally result in a partial refund.
• Access generally remains available until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where payments are reversed, disputed, or determined to be fraudulent.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, branding, designs, content, features, documentation, and other materials provided by Phase are owned by Phase or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing access to a Phase product does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual property to you.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for its intended purpose for the duration of your purchase or subscription.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND GAMES

Phase products may interact with or be used alongside third-party games, platforms, services, or software.

We do not control these third-party services and cannot guarantee that our products will remain compatible with them.

Changes made by third parties, including game updates, anti-cheat updates, policy changes, server changes, or other technical modifications, may affect the functionality of our products.

You are responsible for understanding and accepting any risks associated with using third-party services alongside Phase products.

9. DISCLAIMERS

Phase services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable and functional services, we do not guarantee that:

• Our services will always be available or uninterrupted.
• Every feature will work with every system or configuration.
• Our software will remain compatible with third-party games or platforms.
• Our software will remain undetected by anti-cheat systems.
• Errors, bugs, or other technical issues will never occur.

Use of our products is at your own risk. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party games, platforms, developers, or anti-cheat providers.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Phase and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services.

This may include, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of access to third-party accounts, loss of revenue, or account restrictions or bans imposed by third-party platforms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

11. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to our services if we reasonably believe that you have:

• Violated these Terms of Service or another Phase policy.
• Engaged in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
• Shared, resold, or redistributed our products.
• Attempted to bypass our security or licensing systems.
• Initiated fraudulent payment disputes or otherwise abused our payment systems.

Termination may result in the loss of access to purchased products and services where permitted by applicable law.
