REFUND POLICY

By purchasing from Phase, you acknowledge immediate access to digital goods upon payment and have reviewed all product requirements before purchase.

By requesting a refund, you acknowledge that you will be permanently banned from using any of our products in the future.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

• Products fail due to technical issues on our side

• Core features cease to function entirely

• Service outage exceeds 72 consecutive hours

NON-REFUNDABLE

Game-Related: Account bans, anti-cheat detection, game patches/updates, mechanic changes.

User-Related: Invalid reasons ("changed my mind"), not following instructions, user error, disclosed incompatibility.

Service: Any download of software files, unused subscription time, additional purchases.

Violations: Account sharing, ToS violations, refund abuse.

HOW TO REQUEST

Create a ticket in Discord under "Refunds"

Complete the form

Provide your reason

Reviewed within 1-5 business days. Processed to original payment method within 7 days after approval.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Cancel via account dashboard. Takes effect at billing cycle end. No partial refunds. Access continues until expiry.

CHARGEBACKS

Chargebacks without contacting us first result in:

• Immediate account termination

• Permanent ban from all Phase products/services

• Forfeiture of all purchased products

Contact support first to resolve concerns.

ABUSE PREVENTION

We may deny fraudulent requests, limit refunds to one per customer, terminate repeat offenders, and report fraud to authorities.
